The ABBA
Family Law Section provides information, education and training for
attorneys whose practices include domestic relations, allocation of
parental responsibilities, paternity, child support and other family
law related areas. The ABBA Family Law Section sponsors monthly
Continuing Legal Education programs for ABBA members. The ABBA
Family Law Section acts as a bench-bar liaison with the courts of
the Seventeenth Judicial District to promote an effective method to
resolve procedural issues related to case management by making
certain that attorneys are kept current with respect to the
requirements of the court in the handling of family law cases.

Family Law CLE offerings provide one
general CLE credit unless otherwise noted in the announcement.
